In response to this governance demand, Guangdong Green Valley Environmental Protection has tailored a comprehensive exhaust gas treatment plan based on years of technical accumulation and project experience, matched with our independently developed GRVNES50-TX-16 DPF equipment and GRVNES50-CYJ-16-L SCR denitrification system, forming a synergistic treatment scheme of DPF particle trap and SCR selective catalytic reduction.
The DPF particulate trap of Green Valley Environmental Protection adopts metal felt material made of imported 316L alloy metal wire. Through the parallel design and optimized fluid dynamics structure of multiple carriers, it ensures that the exhaust gas passes through the filter element 360 degrees, efficiently intercepting black smoke and PM particles. The equipment has intelligent back pressure control function. When the filter element is blocked and causes high back pressure, it will automatically alarm and open the bypass to ensure the stable operation of the generator set. Through the design of the extraction unit, maintenance is more convenient. Regeneration can be completed through simple water washing, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
The SCR denitrification system of Green Valley Environmental Protection uses a 32.5% urea aqueous solution as a reducing agent to reduce NOx into harmless nitrogen and water under certain temperature and catalyst conditions. Through intelligent design and real-time feedback data from NOx sensors, the urea injection amount is automatically adjusted to ensure stable denitrification even when the load of the generator set changes. The patented hybrid technology and precise metering system not only achieve ammonia escape ≤ 3ppm, but also minimize the consumption of reducing agents and balance treatment efficiency and economy.
