Diesel generator set is widely used in our lives, road traffic, enterprises, industry, hospitals, schools, etc., as a backup power supply or temporary power supply, diesel generator power as small as 3KW, up to 2400KW, mainly diesel as fuel, diesel engine as the prime mover to drive the power machinery of the generator.

The use of the generator set gives us convenience at the same time, but also bring us harm, that is, the emission of diesel exhaust NOx, NO accounts for 90%, NO2 is only a small part of it, NO colorless and odorless, low concentration, toxicity is not large, if it is high concentration, it will lead to paralysis and spasm of the nervous center, after NO discharge, it will gradually be oxidized to NO2. NO2 is a highly toxic, pungent odor gas, causing damage to the human respiratory tract and lungs, and can cause emphysema in serious cases, and when the concentration is high, it can lead to life danger at any time. NOx can also cause ozone and destroy the ecology.

At present, the exhaust gas purifier of the generator set used by our company is to treat the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of the diesel generator set by using the most mature SCR (selective catalytic reduction technology) in the industry at present, and reduce it to N2 and H2O, with high stability, strong safety, and no impact on the environment and the human body.
