DOCF + SCR Denitrification | Green Valley Environmental Protection: Efficient Purification Technology for Data Center Generator Exhaust Treatment

With the rise of the internet industry, data centers have become a crucial asset in corporate competition. The normal operation of data centers relies on a stable power supply, with backup generators playing an indispensable role. These generators produce a large amount of harmful exhaust gases during operation, which have a serious impact on the environment. Therefore, exhaust treatment, especially black smoke treatment and denitrification, has become an important part of the environmental protection work in internet data centers.
Green Valley Environmental Protection’s Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) uses imported 316L alloy metal felt filter material from France, which is characterized by high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high air permeability. Through modular and customized design, the DPF can be optimized for different generator capacities and operating conditions, ensuring that the exhaust gas can pass through the filter core in all directions, achieving efficient particulate capture with a purification efficiency of over 97%. The DPF is also equipped with an automatic bypass alarm system, which automatically opens the bypass when the filter core is blocked and causes high back pressure, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. Green Valley Environmental Protection’s regeneration technology allows the metal filter core to be easily removed and regenerated with a 30-40 second water wash, effectively reducing maintenance costs. After treatment, the exhaust purification effect meets the secondary standard of the “Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants” GB1627-1996, with smoke opacity below Level 1 of the Ringelmann scale.
Green Valley Environmental Protection’s Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) denitrification system is an efficient nitrogen oxides (NOx) reduction technology. It reduces NOx to harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O) under specific temperatures and the action of a catalyst, with a purification efficiency of over 98%. The SCR denitrification system from Green Valley Environmental Protection features intelligent design, precise injection, and remote control functions, enabling real-time adjustment of ammonia injection volume and timing to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the denitrification process.
Green Valley Environmental Protection’s Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) uses catalytic oxidation to convert carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water (H₂O), further reducing the content of harmful gases in the exhaust. The DOC can also be integrated with the DPF to form a combined DOCF system, improving the efficiency of exhaust treatment.
Green Valley Environmental Protection’s comprehensive exhaust treatment solution not only has high purification efficiency but also features an automatic bypass function to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under high back pressure. It can effectively remove harmful substances such as particulate matter, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides from the exhaust, ensuring that the exhaust emissions meet national environmental protection standards. Green Valley Environmental Protection has extensive experience in exhaust treatment for backup generators in data centers and has successfully completed multiple projects.
