Over time, regulations have been successively introduced, focusing on the treatment of black smoke, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides. As a result, more and more business operators have enhanced their environmental awareness.
Our company, with the mission of “Green Life and Sustainability” and the vision of “Promoting the Prosperity and Strength of Our Motherland through the Environmental Protection Industry,” has dedicated itself to independent research and development. We have created a new type of heavy-duty diesel engine dry exhaust purification device, the GRVNES-CYJ particulate filter. This device is designed with a combination of innovative materials and processes. It consists of multiple metal DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) carriers connected in parallel to form a diesel engine exhaust particulate filter. The filter employs a clip-fastened, removable unit design. When PM (particulate matter) carbon soot causes high backpressure due to blockage, the electronic control system will alarm and open a bypass. The filter units can be flexibly removed for water washing and regeneration without consuming any energy during operation.
The new GRVNES-CYJ series of particulate filters adopt a folding-fan structure, which provides a larger filtration area and longer regeneration time. Cleaning is as simple as rinsing with normal-pressure tap water for just 30 seconds. Compared to the traditional stacked-plate structure, this design is much more convenient and significantly enhances the product’s performance. This is also the latest product patent of our company.
