Green Valley Environmental’s particulate filter is a new type of dry exhaust gas purifier for heavy-duty diesel engines, independently developed with a combination of new materials and processes. It has all intellectual property rights. The device is composed of multiple metal DPF carriers in parallel. The diesel engine exhaust particulate filter adopts a snap-in fixed, pull-out unit design. When the engine is running, if the particulate matter causes high back pressure, the electronic control system will alarm and open the bypass. The filter core is made of metal felt filtering material woven from French imported 316L alloy metal wire. Through professional fluid mechanics design, the exhaust gas can pass through the filter core in 360 degrees. When the exhaust gas flows through the particulate filter, the particulate matter in it is intercepted by the metal felt filtering material, effectively removing black smoke and PM particulate matter from the exhaust gas.
Green Valley Environmental’s SCR denitrification technology, under certain temperature and the action of a catalyst, uses a reducing agent (such as ammonia or urea) to selectively reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas into non-toxic and pollution-free nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O). The catalyst lowers the activation energy of the reaction, allowing it to take place at a relatively lower temperature range of 150-450℃.
Installed in the engine’s exhaust system, located before the denitrification device, the exhaust gas first passes through the particulate filter to remove a large amount of particulate matter, reducing the clogging and pollution of the subsequent catalyst by particulate matter. After being treated by the particulate filter, the exhaust gas enters the denitrification reactor. At a certain temperature and under the action of the catalyst, the reducing agent reacts with the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas in the denitrification reactor, further reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides.
