DPF: The filter element adopts 316L alloy metal felt filter element imported from France, which is suitable for high exhaust temperature conditions of gas generating units; “water washing regeneration” technology can quickly remove blocked particles in 30 seconds and restore the performance of the filter element, with a service life the same as the unit cycle; The PM capture rate is up to 95%, and the treated exhaust gas quality reaches the first-class Lührmann blackness /15mg/Nm³.

DOCF: The diesel oxidation catalyst DOC and the regenerative particulate collector DPF are combined. The DPF converts carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water, and uses the nitrogen dioxid generated by the reaction to assist the regeneration of the DPF, forming a synergistic purification closed loop and reducing the emission of particulate matter.

 

TWC three-way catalytic converter

The TWC (Thermal Oxidizer) converts harmful emissions from gas enginessuch as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxidesinto harmless carbon dioxide, water, and nitrogen through oxidation-reduction reactions. As the most critical after-treatment device in engine exhaust systems, it contains precious metal catalysts like platinum, palladium, and ruthenium. These catalysts facilitate chemical reactions that meet T4/EU5/China VI emission standards, effectively purifying exhaust gases.
