DPF+SCR | Using technology to reshape the green gene of coal-fired boiler waste gas treatment device

Coal-fired boilers, serving as the backbone of industrial energy supply that accounts for 65% of global industrial thermal energy, are the primary culprits behind air pollution. Conventional treatment solutions face three major challenges: complex pollutant mixtures, high operational costs, and poor system compatibility. A single boiler emits over 100 tons of NOx, more than 200 tons of SO, and 50 tons of PM annually, along with heavy metals like mercury. The traditional “electrostatic precipitator + wet flue gas desulfurization + selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification” process requires investments exceeding tens of millions, with operational energy consumption accounting for 15%-25% of total boiler costs. During low-load operations, denitrification efficiency plummets (SCR catalyst activity <40%), while wastewater and solid waste generate significant secondary pollution.

For the treatment of waste gas from coal-fired boilers, Green Valley Environmental Protection independently developed a new dry exhaust purification device for heavy-duty diesel engines and SCR denitration system, realizing the dual-track strategy of efficient purification and resource regeneration.

Green Valley Environmental Protection has innovatively introduced the “DPF + IoT” smart monitoring system, featuring a core technology of “physical interception + water regeneration” for efficient pollution control. The product utilizes French-imported 316L alloy metal felt filter cartridges that withstand high temperatures and adapt to coal-fired boiler operations. Its “water regeneration” technology rapidly removes clogged particles within 30 seconds, restoring filter performance with a lifespan matching the boiler’s operational cycle. The PM capture rate exceeds 95%, while treated exhaust meets Lineman Blackness Class 1 standards. The system employs advanced material combinations and parallel multi-metal DPF carrier configurations for enhanced purification efficiency. Its innovative snap-on modular design optimizes boiler space utilization, significantly improving maintenance convenience. During operation, IoT remote monitoring triggers real-time alarms when high backpressure occurs due to PM particle blockage, automatically activating bypass valves to protect the engine.

Green Valley Environmental Protection’s independently developed SCR denitrification system, featuring proprietary intellectual property and multiple invention patents, meets the latest national environmental protection standards with ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions and ammonia slip below 3ppm. Utilizing 32.5% urea solution as a reducing agent, the system converts NOx into Nand H2O through temperature-controlled catalytic reactions, achieving 98% denitrification efficiency. The patented mixing technology ensures thorough ammonia-gas integration, while precision metering injection technology guarantees stable compliance with emission standards during coal-fired boiler load variations.黑烟治理、柴油发动机尾气净化设备、DPF (2)

With the implementation of national policies on coal-fired boiler emission control, by the end of 2025, key regions including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Fenwei Plain must complete organized and unorganized ultra-low emission retrofits for existing coal-fired boilers and self-owned coal-fired power plants nationwide. Additionally, 60% of coal-fired boilers with a capacity of 65 tons/hour or higher in other regions will undergo similar upgrades. By the end of 2028,80% of coal-fired boilers meeting the 65-ton/hour threshold nationwide will achieve comprehensive ultra-low emission retrofits, while enterprises handling annual coal transportation volumes of 500,000 tons or more must implement clean transportation solutions. These measures aim to gradually achieve full coverage of ultra-low emission standards for coal-fired boiler emissions, making flue gas treatment a crucial component of environmental protection efforts.

Green Valley Environmental Protection relies on the metal filter element DPF and SCR denitration system to promote the coal-fired boiler exhaust gas treatment mode from passive emission reduction to “resource regeneration + intelligent control”, and reshape the power with science and technology, so as to drive the future with green and lead the environmental protection revolution of coal-fired boiler exhaust gas treatment.
