Dry purifier | Renewable particle catcher

Diesel engine exhaust dry purifier is a black smoke purification equipment that can remove black smoke and PM particles in diesel engine exhaust.

According to the characteristics of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, we use the DPF filter carrier with modular, customized design and professional fluid mechanics design (the exhaust gas can pass through the filter element 360 degrees). The diesel exhaust particle catcher is composed of multiple parallel DPF filter carriers. Metal felt filter material made of 316L alloy metal wire imported from France, high temperature resistance ≥500℃, corrosion resistance, repeated washing, high permeability, uniform permeability. The particle capture cross-sectional area is large, the initial back pressure is small, the back pressure rise is slow, the unit can be easily disassembled, can be flexibly extracted and washed for regeneration, easy and fast maintenance, stainless steel box and metal filter element, long service life, with 10-15 dB noise reduction function, processing efficiency is more than 95%.

Particle traps are regenerating:

1.The particle catcher can effectively reduce the emission of particles, it first captures the particles in the exhaust gas, and then oxidizes the captured particles, so that the particle catcher is regenerated.

2.In the long-term work, the gradual increase of particulate matter in the trap will cause the engine back pressure to rise, resulting in a decline in engine performance, so it is necessary to regularly remove the deposited particulate matter, restore the filter performance of the trap.

Method of particle trap:

1.The active regeneration of the use of external energy to increase the temperature in the trap, so that the particles are burned. When the temperature in the trap reaches 550℃, the deposited particles will be oxidized and burned, if the temperature is less than 550℃, too much sediment will block the trap, then it is necessary to use external energy to increase the temperature in the DPF, so that the particles will be oxidized and burned.

2. Passive regeneration uses fuel additives or catalysts to reduce the ignition temperature of the particles, so that the particles can burn at the normal engine exhaust temperature. Additives (cerium, iron and strontium) should be added to the fuel in a certain proportion, too many additives will affect the life of the DOC, but if too little, it will cause a delay in regeneration or an increase in regeneration temperature.
