Recently, Green Valley Environmental Protection successfully completed a comprehensive exhaust treatment project for a Shanghai integrated power manufacturing Co., Ltd. With mature technical solutions and efficient equipment configuration, it has achieved comprehensive control of black smoke and nitrogen oxide emissions. 1、 Project Background
The company is an integrated power manufacturing enterprise in Shanghai, and its core power equipment is Cummins. The core power equipment in its production process is equipped with 12 sets of Cummins QSK60-G22 (60L displacement) engines, which produce exhaust pollution emissions during operation. Faced with the exhaust pollution problem of the company, the Green Valley Environmental Protection team tailored a solution and customized 12 sets of SCR+12 sets of DPF combination processes as the governance policy based on the actual situation. Before the governance, the NOx concentration in the exhaust was as high as 3147mg/m. After the governance, the NOx concentration in the company’s exhaust decreased from 3147mg/m ³ N to below 150mg/m ³ N, successfully solving the problem of excessive emissions of the company, avoiding environmental compliance risks, and establishing the image of “green manufacturing”.
The particulate trap of Green Valley Environmental Protection is a new type of heavy-duty diesel engine dry exhaust purification device independently developed by Guangdong Green Valley Environmental Protection. The product is composed of new materials and processes, and achieves efficient purification through multiple sets of metal DPF carriers in parallel structure. It innovatively operates with a snap on modular design, significantly improving the maintenance convenience and regeneration effect of the equipment, fully adapting to the stable operation needs of the enterprise under high load production scenarios.
The SCR denitrification system of Green Valley adopts our independently developed SCR denitrification system, which has independent intellectual property rights and multiple invention patents. At the same time, we have accumulated a large amount of experience data in the application field. The project not only realizes the scientific and reasonable design scheme, but also ensures the stable operation of the system, meets the latest national environmental protection standards, and has ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions and ammonia escape less than 3ppm requirements.
