 Copper is an important metal element, it has a wide range of applications in our life. Copper smelting process will produce a series of environmental pollution problems, mainly air pollution, water pollution, solid waste, noise pollution. In the process of copper smelting by fire, the pollution problem can not be ignored. Therefore, the environmental supervision of the copper smelting industry is very important, and strict environmental protection measures are needed to reduce the emission of pollutants and protect the environment and human health.
   In the process of copper smelting, there will be a large number of pollutants such as SO2, nitrogen oxides and heavy metal smoke in the exhaust gas, among which nitrogen oxides are one of the main causes of air pollution. In order to implement our laws and regulations, prevent and control environmental pollution, and standardize the construction and operation management of copper smelting waste gas treatment projects, it is necessary to effectively control the waste gas of copper smelting industry.
   For the process of copper smelting by fire, the most direct and effective way to reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides is to increase the construction of denitrification equipment to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions. We have independently developed denitrification products suitable for power plants, glass kilns, smelting furnaces and other industrial furnaces/boilers and cracking furnaces. The nitrogen oxides produced by kilns/boilers are mainly generated by the oxidation of nitrogen in the air at high temperatures, and the NOx generated in this way is called thermal NOx. SCR treatment does not require modification of the equipment body, but only for exhaust gas treatment. No matter what kind of load, our SCR denitrification system will run stably up to the standard. Meanwhile, real-time online monitoring of NOx concentration and O2 content of exhaust gas before and after the equipment can be achieved stably below 30mg/Nm3 through real-time control of ECU control system. The processing efficiency can be as high as 95%.

    GRVNES equipment is easy to install, after the completion of the equipment, only need to partially transform and connect the pipeline, the commissioning period is short, does not affect the normal use of the boiler/kiln. There is no need to transform the main body of the boiler/kiln, does not affect the thermal efficiency of the boiler, can operate stably under any load, its emission standard is controlled below 30mg/Nm3, there is no safety hazard and CO exceedances occur.
