However, in the process of aluminum alloy regeneration, the removal of nitrogen and other impurities has become the key to improve product quality. This paper mainly discusses the development of denitrification technology of recycled aluminum alloy and its application in actual production.
By recycling waste aluminum alloy materials, the aluminum alloy obtained after reprocessing can become recycled aluminum alloy. This process not only saves resources, but also reduces environmental pollution. However, the regeneration process will produce nitrogen oxides, and denitrification technology is a key step to ensure the quality of aluminum alloys.
In the process of aluminum alloy production, nitrogen and other impurities in aluminum alloy are removed by denitrification technology. These impurities can affect the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy, thereby reducing the service life and safety of the product. Whether SCR denitrification equipment is required for the production of recycled aluminum alloys depends on the specific production process, emission standards and environmental requirements. If the recycled aluminum alloy production process produces nitrogen oxides that need to be controlled, then the use of SCR denitrification equipment will be an effective solution. SCR denitrification technology through the installation of SCR (selective catalytic reduction) equipment in the flue gas treatment of aluminum smelting furnace to achieve low nitrogen transformation, SCR denitrification technology is an efficient flue gas denitrification technology, under the action of a certain temperature and catalyst, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) reduction into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O). The coupling mode of SCR denitrification improves the utilization rate of denitrification agent, reduces ammonia escape, and further reduces the concentration of nitrogen oxides in flue gas.
