SCR Denitrification | Green Valley Environmental Protection Leading Industry Change, Empowering Denitrification of Oilfield Associated Gas Generator Sets

In the context of economic globalization, oilfield associated gas, as a valuable energy resource, has received increasing global attention for its effective utilization and clean transformation. As an important way to utilize associated gas resources, the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) generated by generator sets during operation has become an important challenge for industry development and environmental protection. With rich technological accumulation and innovative spirit, Green Valley Environmental Protection has provided a comprehensive and efficient solution for denitrification of oilfield associated gas generator sets.
As a byproduct of petroleum development, oilfield associated gas mainly consists of hydrocarbons such as methane, small amounts of ethane, propane, as well as non hydrocarbon gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen. In the past, a large amount of associated gas was directly released or simply burned due to a lack of effective energy utilization methods, which not only caused huge energy waste, but also caused serious pollution to the environment. With the deepening of the concept of energy recovery and the advancement of technology, oil field associated gas drives internal combustion engine generator sets to generate electricity, becoming an effective way to turn waste into treasure.
Green Valley Environmental Protection has carefully developed and launched a series of targeted denitrification technology solutions in response to the complex operating conditions and strict denitrification requirements of associated gas generator sets. The core technology is selective catalytic reduction SCR denitrification. In the system, ammonia NH3 or urea aqueous solution is used as the reducing agent. Under certain temperature and catalyst conditions, the reducing agent undergoes a reduction reaction with NOx in the flue gas, converting it into harmless nitrogen and water. At a specific temperature of 180-550 ℃ and under the action of a catalyst, the reducing agent undergoes a reduction reaction with NOx in the flue gas, converting it into harmless nitrogen N2 and water H2O.

Project background introduction: As an important oil and gas production base in China, a certain oilfield has multiple oilfield associated gas generator units to provide power support for oilfield production and surrounding areas. With the increasingly strict environmental regulations, the oilfield is facing the severe challenge of excessive NOx emissions from generator exhaust. In order to achieve green production and meet environmental requirements, the oilfield has partnered with Green Valley Environmental Protection to jointly carry out exhaust gas purification projects.
Project: Exhaust Gas Purification Project for 6 400kw Generator Sets in a Certain Oilfield
Brand and model: Jichai 400kw
Model: GRVNES80-T1-24
The original NOx emissions of 3000mg/m ³ N have decreased to ≤ 75mg/m ³ N

In this project, Green Valley Environmental Protection conducted in-depth research on the operating conditions, exhaust composition, and environmental standards of its generator units, and customized a six in one denitrification solution for it. The solution is based on an SCR denitrification system, combined with an intelligent control system and Green Valley Cloud Platform, forming a complete exhaust purification solution for it.
