Second, what waste gas will be produced in the smelting process of the waste aluminum industry
The raw materials of recycled aluminum are complex, which will produce particulate waste gas and gas pollution waste gas in the production process. When the melting process is carried out, the flue gas produced after the combustion of the fuel contains a large amount of soot and oxides containing sulfur, carbon, phosphorus and nitrogen. The emission of nitrogen oxides mainly comes from the smelting process, at this stage, the fuel will be burned after the flue gas containing nitrogen oxides, smelting process will also add a certain amount of fluorine refining agent, so that the flue gas will contain fluoride. The smelting process will also produce granular waste gas, such as: Mg, Zn, Ca, Fe, Na, Mg, etc., will produce gas pollution waste gas, such as CO, CO2, NOx, SO2, HF and other hydrocarbons, these pollutants will have a greater impact on the environment, but also endanger the life safety of personnel.
