Green Valley Environmental Protection’s diesel particulate filter (DPF) for generator sets uses imported 316L alloy metal felt filter material from France, which is characterized by high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high air permeability. When the filter core is blocked and the back pressure rises, the equipment automatically switches to bypass mode to ensure the normal operation of the engine. The filter core’s filtering performance can be restored through water-washing regeneration, which is convenient to operate and has low maintenance costs. The regeneration process can be completed in a simple 30 – 40 seconds of water washing.
Green Valley Environmental Protection’s SCR denitrification system is currently one of the most effective nitrogen oxides (NOx) reduction technologies. It can convert NOx into harmless nitrogen and water under certain temperatures and the action of a catalyst, with a purification efficiency of over 98%. The denitrification system of Green Valley Environmental Protection also has functions such as remote control, data acquisition and management, and online transmission, which can effectively reduce ammonia slip and ensure that ammonia slip is less than 3ppm.
