The gas turbine SCR denitrification system by Green Valley Environmental adopts an integrated modular design, suitable for new installation and retrofitting projects of both new and existing gas turbines. Equipped with a urea preparation and supply module, it realizes precise metering and injection. The ammonia injection volume is automatically adjusted dynamically following unit load, flue gas temperature and real-time NOₓ concentration, restricting ammonia escape to ≤3 ppm at the source.
Optimized flow field structure boosts the rapid response performance of the whole denitrification system. Equipped with an intelligent PLC automatic control module, the system monitors flue gas parameters, equipment operating status and emission data in real time, supporting remote control and automatic alarm functions. Customized for special working conditions, it stably copes with gas turbine load fluctuations. Pipeline and reactor structures are optimized via fluid simulation to achieve extremely low system operating resistance. It will neither raise the exhaust backpressure of gas turbines nor impair the original power generation efficiency of generator sets, ensuring stable rated output of units.
The system operates fully automatically with no on-duty staff required, featuring built-in self-fault inspection, sound-light alarm and emergency bypass protection. Digital control enables seamless connection to local environmental online monitoring platforms, greatly cutting labor and consumable costs for operation and maintenance.
