Containerized Exhaust Gas Comprehensive Treatment for Generator Sets (DOCF+SCR) – UK
Technical introduction
Green Valley containerized DOCF+SCR system is designed for stationary diesel generator sets. The whole unit is integrated inside a container with full assembly, wiring and commissioning completed in factory. Exhaust gas first flows into the DOCF unit to capture PM and oxidize CO & HC, protecting the downstream SCR catalyst. Then the gas enters the SCR denitration unit. With urea solution injection, NOₓ is reduced into nitrogen and water to realize synergistic purification of multiple pollutants. Equipped with PLC automatic control, online monitoring and safety alarm modules, the urea pipeline adopts heat tracing & insulation for low-temperature operation. The system complies with stationary source emission standards in Europe, widely used for emission retrofits of industrial standby and continuous-running generator sets.
Because the emission of nitrogen oxides in the process of landfill gas power generation needs to meet the requirements of the environmental protection department, it needs to be treated before it can be discharged into the atmosphere.
Technical advantages
1、Synergisticremoval of multiple pollutants:
A single unit treats PM, CO, HC and NOₓ at the same time. The front DOCF protects SCR catalyst and extends its service life.
2、Container prefabrication & fast construction:
Fully pre-assembled and tested in factory. Only flue duct and power connection are required on site, saving installation time and site space.
3、Intelligent automatic control & easy maintenance:
Fully automatic PLC operation, real-time flue gas monitoring, interlock protection and fault alarms for over-temperature, differential pressure and ammonia slip, reducing maintenance work.
4、Excellent low-temperature adaptability:
Heat tracing on urea pipes prevents urea crystallization and pipeline blockage in cold seasons, suitable for cold climate such as the UK.
5、Modular integration: Compact structure, suitable for on-site retrofitting of high-power stationary diesel generator sets, stable emission to meet European environmental regulations.
