Comprehensive Exhaust Gas Treatment (DOCF+SCR Denitration) for Diesel Generator Sets in Belarus
Technical introduction
This project is an integrated exhaust gas treatment project for a 3000 kW diesel generator set in Belarus.
The standard exhaust gas flow rate of the unit is ≤15600 Nm³/h, and the raw flue gas temperature is 550 ℃. Adopting the integrated DOCF+SCR process, the project realizes the synergistic treatment of multiple pollutants to meet the requirements of local environmental emission regulations in Belarus.
Project Treatment Indicators
Standard exhaust gas flow rate: ≤15600 Nm³/h;
NOₓ:Inlet ≤6000 mg/Nm³; Outlet ≤285 mg/Nm³
PM Particulate Matter: Inlet 200 mg/Nm³, Outlet ≤40 mg/Nm³ Flue gas temperature: 550℃
Technical advantages
Multi-pollutant Synergistic Treatment: A single unit removes PM, CO, HC and NOₓ simultaneously. With modular integration and compact structure, it is suitable for on-site retrofitting of high-power diesel generator sets.
High Efficiency and Stable Compliance: Field measurements from this Belarus project demonstrate substantial reduction of NOₓ and PM, with stable emissions meeting local regulations. The front-mounted DOCF traps particulate matter, effectively extending the service life of the SCR catalyst.
Excellent Low-temperature Adaptability: Fitted with heat tracing and thermal insulation for urea pipelines, it addresses urea crystallization and freeze blockage under low winter temperatures, making it suitable for the cold climate of Belarus.
High Degree of Automation: Fully automatic operation. It is equipped with protection and fault alarm functions for differential pressure, overtemperature, ammonia slip and other parameters, lowering maintenance workload.
