SCR system for Exhaust Gas of Backup Generator Sets, Shanghai Huawei Intelligent Computing Center
Technical introduction
This project is an SCR denitration treatment project for exhaust gas of backup diesel generator sets developed by Green Valley for Shanghai Huawei Intelligent Computing Center. It is matched with 24 sets of Weichai 12M55D2450E310 high-power diesel generator sets, with a single unit displacement of 65.65L. The model of the denitrification system is GRVNEC100-TX-24.
The backup gensets of the intelligent computing center only start under emergency conditions with drastic fluctuations during start-stop cycles. The customized SCR denitration system is precisely designed to adapt to the intermittent operation characteristics of the units, steadily reduce nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas, and meet domestic environmental emission control requirements.
Project Treatment Performance
After commissioning of the system, the exhaust NOₓ concentration is reduced from 2550 mg/m³N to 150 mg/m³, achieving excellent denitration efficiency. The complete SCR system can adapt to working conditions with intermittent start-stop and temperature fluctuations of backup gensets. It ensures stable compliance of exhaust emissions during emergency startup of the units, successfully passes environmental inspections, and meets the long-term operation and maintenance requirements of the intelligent computing center.
Technical advantages
1、Non-standard customized SCR denitration solution, adapted to the intermittent operating conditions of backup gensets with favorable low-temperature startup performance.
2、Adopting modular integrated design, the system features a compact installation footprint, matching the layout of containerized gensets in the equipment room.
3、Intelligent urea injection control system adjusts ammonia injection volume in real time according to unit load, keeping ammonia slip stably at a low level.
4、The equipment is easy for operation and maintenance, supports remote status monitoring, and suits the unattended O&M mode of intelligent computing centers.
