SCR Denitration Project for Biogas Generator Set at Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant
Technical introduction
This SCR denitration project developed by Green Valley is for the biogas generator set at an industrial wastewater treatment plant in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. It is equipped with an 800 kW biogas genset, model GRVNES40-TX-14. Biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation in the wastewater plant is used for power generation, and the original NOₓ concentration in genset exhaust reaches 500 mg/Nm³. SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology is applied to efficiently remove nitrogen oxides so as to comply with local environmental emission regulations.
After the SCR system is put into operation, NOₓ emissions are stably controlled at ≤30 mg/Nm³ with outstanding denitration performance. The system can adapt to fluctuations in biogas composition and operate continuously and steadily. The project successfully passed environmental acceptance and resolved the problem of excessive NOₓ emissions from biogas power generation exhaust.
Technical advantages
1、The SCR denitration unit is customized for biogas exhaust, featuring strong anti-fluctuation capacity and high NOₓ removal efficiency.
2、With modular and compact layout, the equipment is easy to install and maintain.
3、It is a mature and reliable solution for NOₓ treatment of anaerobic biogas power generation exhaust in wastewater treatment plants.
