  • Comprehensive Exhaust Treatment Project for Diesel Generators at Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Data Center (DOC+DPF+SCR system)

Comprehensive Exhaust Treatment Project for Diesel Generators at Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Data Center (DOC+DPF+SCR system)

As the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area features a high density of computing infrastructure, IDC data centers are generally equipped with high-power diesel generator sets as emergency standby power supplies. The standby units remain in standby mode for a long time and only start for a short duration during power outages and monthly routine load tests. Their operating conditions are characterized by frequent start-stop cycles, intermittent operation and large temperature fluctuations. Meanwhile, Guangdong enforces stringent control standards for NOₓ and particulate matter (PM). Conventional exhaust treatment solutions are prone to problems such as failure of denitrification at low temperatures, DPF carbon deposition and clogging, urea crystallization and excessive ammonia slip.

Targeting the scenarios of data centers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Green Valley adopts an integrated exhaust after-treatment technical route of DOC+DPF+SCR (ASC optional) to realize comprehensive exhaust gas treatment for diesel generator sets. It achieves coordinated compliant emission of black smoke, particulate matter, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides.

  • SCR Denitration Project for Biogas Generator Set at Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant

SCR Denitration Project for Biogas Generator Set at Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant

The SCR system for biogas genset exhaust uses urea solution as the reducing agent. Urea undergoes thermal decomposition and hydrolysis in high-temperature exhaust gas to produce ammonia (NH₃). After fully mixing with the exhaust gas, ammonia flows into the SCR catalytic reactor. Within the suitable reaction temperature window, it selectively reacts with NOₓ on the catalyst surface, reducing nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O), so as to achieve efficient removal of NOₓ in exhaust gas.

  • DOC+DPF+SCR Exhaust Treatment Project in Chile

DOC+DPF+SCR Exhaust Treatment Project in Chile

Green Valley DOC+DPF+SCR integrated exhaust treatment system is customized for Weichai 12M55 diesel generator set in Chile. It removes CO, HC, PM and NOₓ to meet local Chilean emission regulations, with well-controlled ammonia slip and stable long-run performance.

  • Exhaust‑gas Comprehensive Treatment Project for Diesel Generator Sets of a Subway (DPF+SCR Denitration System)

Exhaust‑gas Comprehensive Treatment Project for Diesel Generator Sets of a Subway (DPF+SCR Denitration System)

Green Valley provides a DPF+SCR integrated exhaust‑gas treatment solution for a subway project, which is custom‑developed for the operating conditions of subway standby diesel generator sets.

High‑efficiency denitration is achieved after flue gas passes through the complete purification system. Designed for indoor installation and retrofitting in subway generator rooms, the system features high integration and stable performance. Without impairing the emergency start‑stop function of subway standby generator sets, it meets the strict emission requirements for rail transit and ensures the safe and compliant operation of supporting rail‑transit facilities.

  • Exhaust Treatment (DPF) for Generator Sets of Data Centers in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)

Exhaust Treatment (DPF) for Generator Sets of Data Centers in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)

Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand are seeing rapid growth in digital infrastructure with many new IDC data centers. These sites deploy standby diesel generators that run briefly only for outages or monthly tests. As local environmental regulations on PM and black smoke tighten, conventional exhaust solutions face multiple challenges. Green Valley Environmental Protection supplies DPF systems to cut particulate and black smoke emissions and meet local compliance requirements.

  • Ship Engine and Generation

    Ship Engine and Generation

The nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas of marine engine generator set is a gas formed by the oxidation of nitrogen in the cylinder at high temperature, which is mainly composed of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide. Green Valley has developed a set of “grvnes” SCR denitration system for the treatment of nitrogen oxides in the waste gas discharged by marine generators after years of painstaking research. After special design, the system can still realize high-efficiency operation under the condition of unstable exhaust temperature and gas quality; Important parts can withstand the common impurities in landfill gas and ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.

  • DPF for Stand‑by Generator Sets

    DPF for Stand‑by Generator Sets

Diesel standby generator sets deployed in computing data centers, factories, hospitals, hotels and large commercial complexes tend to generate prominent black smoke and excessive particulate matter during emergency startup and regular load‑bearing tests, bringing risks of environmental inspection penalties and complaints from surrounding communities. Targeting the operating‑condition pain points of standby gensets including heavy black‑smoke emission upon cold startup, intermittent operation and frequent start‑stop cycles, Green Valley Environmental Protection launches a dedicated black‑smoke exhaust purification solution.
